Finally to get rid of the last part of Flash on my website, I was searching for a replacement of this rotating flash cloud. But when I didn’t find any other good looking wordpress plugin on the net, I decided to write my own.

Luckily someone already made such a tag cloud based on html5, so I could use that one and just had to make some minor changes. One change was to invert movement direction of the “globe” on mouse over. I think that way it works way better when trying to click one of the items…
